The Kentlands Clubhouse is staffed and operated by Community Management Corporation (CMC) who serves as the KCA management agent. Most day- to-day management operations are handled by staff who can address management issues and answer questions except those related to individual assessment accounts. CMC collects assessments, pays bills, supervises contractors, maintains the common areas of the community and provides administrative and support services for the Board of Trustees and other administrative bodies established by the Association's legal documents.
